One Minute Meditation
Take a deep breath.
Relax your body and let go of any tension in your shoulders.
Now pay attention to your breathing pattern.
As is naturally slows, take full breaths through your nose, and exhale through your mouth.
Breathe in positivity, breathe out pessimism.
Breathe in productivity, breathe out idleness.
Breathe in love, breathe out resentment.
Breathe in joy, breathe out sorrow.
Smile.
